Therefore, at the time of booking you will simply be asked to confirm the accuracy of this information, including veterinary information and vaccination expiry dates.

Veterinary Vaccination Certificate
As a new customer or existing customer who's pet's vaccinations have expired since the last visit, you will be asked to provide a copy of a valid Veterinary Certificate prior to check-in. For your convenience, we offer electronic delivery of these documents either by yourself or by your Veterinary via email or fax.
