Our hours of operation have been intentionally set in order to provide the least amount of disruption to our guests and for their comfort. However, if it becomes necessary to check-in or check-out a guest outside of our regular hours, this may be arranged with advance notice only - an additional fee applies.

Booking Your Reservation
Reservations
Reservations are required; and can be made Monday to Saturday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Peak Times
- Early reservations: 2 to 4 weeks in advance strongly recommended for the following peak times.
- Short notice: call the kennel at short notice in case we have short notice openings.
- Summer months: only minimum stay of 3 complete days during July & August.
